All Guests must be 21 years of age​
Hot Tub
- only available to
"birds Eye View" rental​
- No others persons are permitted
to use the hot tub except the renters of "Birds Eye View"
- Use at your own risk
- No alcohol in the hot tub​
Kayaks
- use at your own risk
- Life vests are available & recommended
- Do not leave kayaks laying
around on the beach
- Please put kayaks back up on
rack when not in use
Rule Violations:
If at anytime you violate these rules and do not comply,
you will be asked to leave and if necessary, legally escorted off the premises.
No refunds will be given
No Loud Noise
- No loud Music
- No loud Disruptive voices​
- No loud Car Music on premises
- This is not a party atmosphere
- This is a retreat for adults
- This is a peaceful getaway
- Please be mindful of other guests
