- Guest can enjoy Wading and Fishing in the River
- Round Tube Floats available to all guests
- River contains soft sand.
- Boat Trips to the Islands available upon request for an additional fee.

WILDLIFE & OCEAN FRIENDS
You can feed the squirrels and birds they are friendly.
This property is home to an Osprey who has a perch he lives on.
You will see blue jays, woodpeckers, finches, squirrels, butterflies,
cranes, ducks, jumping mullet, catfish, many fish, dolphins, occasionally manatees,
crabs, turtles, occasional mole, our friendly outdoor cat (Tiger) and much more.
PLANTS & TREES
There are so many different plants, ferns and trees on this awesome property.
Some include a Mulberry Tree, Tangerine Tree, 3 Sour Orange Trees, Papaya Trees,
Olive Trees, Old Oak Trees, Palm Trees and so much more.
FUTURE DEVELOPMENT
- Future Development & Plans for this property include adding a boardwalk over the stream
and through the trees on the property with sitting platforms in different areas. (2026)
